A debit card is not required to speak with a YourTeller representative. However, it is required to access the self-service features. Foreign cards or BayPort Credit Cards can use the machine as an ATM terminal only.

Mortgage payments are not available through the self-service features. To make a mortgage payment touch the screen to connect to a YourTeller representative or visit one of our branches.

The withdrawal limits are the same as if you were using an ATM terminal. If you need more cash than the card limit, touch the screen and speak with a YourTeller representative or visit one of our branches to request more funds.

You can insert up to 30 items per transaction.

Up to 40 bills can be dispensed per transaction in denomination of $5, $20 and $50. Denomination of $1 can be dispensed when you select the Mixed Bill Option or while speaking with a YourTeller respresentative.
